As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a specialist in fire protection (m/f/d) for DB Station&Service AG at our location in Düsseldorf.

Your tasks:

As a specialist in fire protection, you will advise on the basic determination and development of concepts for expansion, renovation, and maintenance projects of train station buildings and surrounding railway facilities with regard to preventive structural and technical fire protection.
You support in the technical supervision of the implementation of fire protection measures, carry out technical inspections, and provide advice to project managers on claims and warranty demands.
You ensure the consultation and support of project managers regarding fire protection in connection with construction projects as well as other organizational units of the regional area.
You participate in the development and enforcement of technical guidelines for the field and create internal fire protection opinions for new rentals and changes in use.
Your expertise counts: You carry out technical inspections of design and execution plans as well as fire protection assessments and release them (in terms of quality assurance).
Your goal is to develop and achieve sustainable and economically viable fire
