Jeannie Gregory is an award-winning State Farm Agent looking to grow our excellent, hardworking team. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.

We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

You're enthusiastic to develop your skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.

Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory

Dedicated to customer service
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.

Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Hours: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Offices in: Gallatin, TN

Compensation: Starting at $36,000 Per Year (Plus Potential Bonus $300-$400 monthly)

When Im not talking about insurance, I enjoy traveling, pretending to be a gourmet cook, reading WWII-era fiction, and spending time with my grands; Emmy and Lilly. We hope to bring in a new member that is just as positive and enthusiastic about supporting and engaging with our local community.
