From greeting patrons and guiding them to their tables to presenting menus and taking orders, you will be the face of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate and detailed orders, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food service.
- Deliver orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet the highest standards.
- Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or services.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
