    Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

    A unique manufacturing company in the packing industry is looking to add a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you enjoy a family-oriented environment with a close-knit team, this could be a great fit for you

    Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

    • Enter orders taken over the phone and via email into the system accurately and in a timely manner
    • Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, orders and returns
    • Process customer orders
    • Coordinate/track customer shipments
    • Manage customer open orders/backorders/expedite shortages
    • Maintain customer price list and administer quotations
    • Ensure all pricing is accurately quoted and communicated for entry into the system
    • Awareness of multi customer used products and how inventory must be managed
    • Coordinate resolution of quality issues to the customer's satisfaction

    Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday

    Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
    • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
    • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures and office software, Excel, Word, etc.
    • Operate a multi-line phone system
    • High attention to detail
    • Accurate and quick data entry skills
    • Friendly and Customer Oriented
    • Ability to be self-directed and troubleshoot customer issues
