    Clinical Manager

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active RN License
    • Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing
    • 1+ years experience in Home Health and OASIS
    • 1+ year of supervisory experience as an RN
    • CPR Certification
    • Valid Driver's License
