Our Clinical Training Specialist is instrumental in working towards our purpose every day
This position will typically spend 4 hours during the day and 4 hours in the evening, conducting interactive product training and on-going education to clinicians in health facilities for all Posey Products. This position does spend 6 - 8 hours per day walking and standing. Our Clinical Training Specialist acts as the lead for education both in person and virtually for all hospitals in designated geography.
Travel is required 100% of the time, most weeks, will fly out on Monday and return on Friday. Most of travel will be within the designated geography, but could require travel to additional geographies as needed.
Candidate would preferably live in Minneapolis, St. Louis, or Kansas City Metropolitan areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Performs product in-services, educational needs for Posey portfolio to customer clinicians.
o Initiates programs to ensure successful implementation of products in facilities.
o Develop presentations and educational materials to use in meetings with falls leads, clinical leads and VAT committees.
o Perform on going virtual and in-person in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested.
o Perform other duties, as necessary, to assist the Clinical Training Supervisor in meeting company goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or 2-4 years or direct clinical experience in the Acute medical setting.
o Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical information and solutions i.e. Falls Management Solution.
o Proven ability to coach and teach others to properly utilize Posey products and equipment.
o Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communications.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and personnel both within and outside the organization.
o Ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
o Excellent attention to detail.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills with good follow through.
o Energetic, self-starter with the ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal direction.
o Strong team player with good judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
o Ability to travel Up to 100% of the time.
o Must have a reliable car to drive to and from In-service locations.
