- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Translate requirements into trainings that will develop employees for the next step in their job skills development or career path.
- You are a highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team
- You can successfully juggle multiple tasks at once

- 4+ years of related leadership or training experience.
