- Identify sales prospects within the defined territory.
- Assist in the development of presentations, proposals and sales contracts for all core service lines.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, job fairs, trade shows, and others.
- Present company services to current and potential clients
- Proactively participate in all aspects of the sales process, including phone contacts, meetings, proposals/presentations, etc., to clients and prospects.
- Entertain prospects for lunch and associated entertainment functions.
- Prepare, submit, and present reports as requested on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Assist in sales projects such as candidate marketing, quarterly initiatives, etc.
- Utilize contact management systems and tools.
- Other duties as directed by HTI management.
- Must be a self-starter, with a proactive, pressure driven sense of urgency.
- Ability to present a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
- Work requires a significant amount of local/regional travel; a valid state driver's license is required.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
- 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- High School Diploma required, BS/BA preferred.
- Knowledge of or previous background in HR, Recruiting, or Staffing preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications required.
