    Description


    The Bolton Group is searching for a Marine Projects Engineer for our client who is a global leader in the Energy Solutions to oversee their electrical infrastructure projects in the US.


    Things you'll do:
    Manage US electrical infrastructure projects for offshore wind farms.
    Oversee the engineering and coordination of subsea power cable installation according to project specifications.
    Collaborate with European specialists and US subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
    Work in a cross-functional team within the Northeast US.
    Work as a Package Engineer preparing and evaluating quotes for subcontractors with the purchasing department.
    Manage project teams focused on HV installation, including methodology, cost, schedule, and subcontracting.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a similar field.
    Seagoing or marine construction experience is highly desired, as is knowledge of US offshore permitting.
    Minimum 3-4 years of relevant engineering and project experience.
    Able to travel offshore for extended project site visits, ideally 3-4 weeks at a time.
