We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Homebuying Specialist looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment.
Responsibilities:
- Attend appointments with homeowners/sellers to negotiate win/win solutions for both parties
- Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections
- Manage and update leads and followups through CRM pipeline
- Consistently hit weekly metrics and required sales activity
- Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners and sellers
- Build new relationships within the Philadelphia market
- Attend Sales Training
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and proven sales track record is a plus
- Real Estate and/or Construction is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency required
- Reliable transportation to drive to and from appointments
- Must be coachable and always trying to improve
- Fast starter and money motivated
Real estate license not required
Compensation
$100,000 - $200,000 yearly - first year
Pay:
$100, $200,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Outside sales: 2 years (required)
