We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Homebuying Specialist looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment.

Responsibilities:

Attend appointments with homeowners/sellers to negotiate win/win solutions for both parties
Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections
Manage and update leads and followups through CRM pipeline
Consistently hit weekly metrics and required sales activity
Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners and sellers
Build new relationships within the Philadelphia market
Attend Sales Training

Qualifications:

Familiarity with the local real estate market and proven sales track record is a plus
Real Estate and/or Construction is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency required
Reliable transportation to drive to and from appointments
Must be coachable and always trying to improve
Fast starter and money motivated
