Job Overview:
MarketPro Homebuyers is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of real estate transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship between all parties the title company, buyers, and sellers to ensure all parties are kept informed and settlements are processed on time.
- Manage transaction from ratified contract through closing.
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Review and enter all information into our CRM properly.
- Set up and coordinates all property walkthroughs.
- Coordinate the final move and possession of keys to investors.
- Ask for and record testimonials, obtain google and BBB reviews where possible.
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate transactions industry
- Excellent communication
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Teams Experience a plus
Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
