Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Horticulture Crew Leader to join our team. This position reports out of our Plymouth, Rehoboth, or Medway locations

The Horticulture Crew Leader will have a minimum of two years of fine gardening experience, MCH or MCLP is a huge plus.
Able to lead a team of up to four crew members.
Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material.
Hand pruning of shrubs and small trees, and container planting and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of horticultural best practices required.

Salary:
Up to $27.00 per hour
