What to expect:

  • International coordination and implementation of HR projects in close collaboration with the parent company in Sweden
  • Development of a talent management strategy and implementation of groupwide projects, programs, and initiatives
  • Shaping and further development of HR processes and standards, with a focus on digitalization, process optimization, and automation
  • Design and implementation of development plans and training measures
  • Groupwide collaboration with international HR departments regarding the establishment of efficient reporting and use of HR programs/systems
  • Definition and coordination of technical requirements together with the IT department and/or external partners
