Your tasks:

Organization of appointments, including scheduling, maintenance of master data and registration of new patients in the computer system
Ordering (office supplies, etc.)
General administrative tasks; file maintenance, written correspondence, mail
Assistance with examinations, blood draws, and administering vaccinations

Your profile:

Successful completion of training as a medical assistant or equivalent qualification
Professional experience or knowledge in the field of medical assistance
Good computer skills
Intercultural competencies
