Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will work in a team on the conception, support and further development of development centers and management appraisals
  • You will create digital materials and support in conducting web sessions
  • You will support the pre and postprocessing of personnel development measures
  • You will support our team by taking on a range of administrative tasks (presentations, scheduling and participant management, evaluations)

Your Qualifications:

  • You work independently and have a quick grasp as well as a high level of commitment
  • You are reliable, a true team player and act friendly, cooperatively and courteously
  • You have excellent communication skills as well as a high level of customer orientation
