Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR NEW TASKS:

As Commercial Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the Finance, Controlling, Human Resources and IT departments with a total of 10 employees and can expect the following exciting tasks in particular:

Responsibility for the proper preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Participation in the ongoing transformation process from a former production site to an independent company
Negotiation with banks and suppliers
Presentation of developed strategies and measures to the representatives of the investor
Development of a functioning cash management system
Continuous review and further development of structures

YOUR PROFILE

Completed studies in economics
Several years of professional experience in finance/controlling with initial (team) leadership experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ideally experience in dealing with investors (PE)
Ideally experience from a manufacturing company
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written
