Customer Service / Customer Consultation / Customer Support (all genders)
Do you enjoy talking and communicating with customers to support them? Do you like helping out when customers have questions or need assistance? Is the word "service" not foreign to you? Then we are looking for you


Your tasks include:

  • Consulting our customers via phone, email, and chat regarding any questions and our products
  • Actively listening to provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of all our services
  • Assisting with reviewing loan applications and obtaining missing documents
  • Constantly striving to be the best in our sector and maintain our position

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the service sector and dealing with customers
  • It is your daily goal to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Empathy, a friendly demeanor, and good communication skills come naturally to you
  • You are responsible, independent, organized, and take initiative
  • A strong service and customeroriented mindset complete your profile
