    Description

    **Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing** is seeking a skilled and dedicated **Staff Development Coordinator/Staff Educator** to join our growing team.

    Job Description:
    • Plan, organize, and implement training programs for clinical staff and other departments
    • Develop educational strategies for quality improvement
    • Coordinate with community resources for educational and staffing needs
    • Oversee competency evaluation of new employees
    • Collaborate with HR on the hiring process and new employee files
    Requirements/Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Registered Professional Nurses license in Florida
    • Ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments
    • Prior experience in Staff Development/Education preferred
    • Experience with Point Click Care is a plus
    Salary Range: Based on education and experience
