Your Responsibilities:


Instructional Excellence:
Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.


Student Interaction:
Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.


Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.


Additional Contributions:

Beyond the classroom, you'll participate in campus activities, events and meetings, assist with maintenance of an orderly classroom and lab, and contribute to a positive campus culture.

Your Qualifications:


  • Must hold an active and unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in the past 5 years
  • Must have either:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school,
  • Valid teaching credentials
  • Completed 1 year of fulltime teaching in a state accredited or approved RN or LVN program.
  • Meet all teaching requirements for community college or state universities in California.
  • Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
  • Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
  • Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.

Compensation:
$93,600-$104,000k/annually (Based on Education/Experience)

Pay:
$100, $105,000.00 per year
