    Key Success Metrics

    • Client satisfaction throughout the process, aiming for at least one referral and review from every client by requesting feedback during and after transactions.
    • Ensure agent satisfaction by having weekly meetings and providing updates to agents to achieve high satisfaction levels.
    • Maintain a positive working relationship with Virtual Assistants, Runners, Contractors, and Vendors through regular meetings and updates.
    • Update the Preferred Contractor & Vendor list with at least 2 qualified professionals per area of expertise.

    Primary Objectives

    • Make weekly phone calls to clients, log activities, and respond to client communications promptly.
    • Efficiently prepare listings for the market within 21 days, coordinating with necessary vendors and contractors.
    • Input listings accurately into various platforms and ensure compliance with timelines.
    • Owning all listing coordination responsibilities from start to finish, including updates and communication with buyers and agents.
    • Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator for a smooth transition once listings are under contract.
    • Conduct audits to maintain compliance, accuracy, and quality of listing systems and tools.
    • Work with team members to suggest and implement process improvements regularly.
