In the project "Training Paths NRW", we aim to recruit and support individuals interested in dual vocational training who are currently not in a training program.

Our goal is to assist them in finding and securing an apprenticeship. As part of our coaching services, we also work with participants to develop training perspectives. Additionally, we provide support to companies in filling vacant apprenticeship positions. Other project components include creating additional training opportunities and offering company-based training programs through our partners.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Job Coach (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

Conducting competency assessments for project participants
Providing job application training and preparing for interviews
Acquiring apprenticeship positions and internships for participants
Coaching participants and companies
Working closely with relevant network partners, such as the Employment Agency, Chambers, and Vocational Schools
Documenting and managing project tasks

Your Profile:

Completed pedagogical studies or vocational training with a master's or technician degree
Experience in acquiring apprenticeship positions
Teamwork skills
Good computer skills
Ideally, experience in coaching and conducting competency assessments
