We are an independent corporate finance consulting firm based in Berlin, with a team that combines extensive experience and expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, and private equity.

Our clients range from medium-sized family businesses and young growth companies to listed corporations and financial investors.

We offer integrated consulting services for company acquisitions and sales, as well as financing solutions, to this diverse range of clients.

Your responsibilities:

Active involvement in the implementation of M&A and financing transactions, as well as support for targeted marketing activities with a focus on the following areas:
Leading and developing the junior team
Preparation of informative company and market analyses
Independent creation of highquality marketing and transaction documents (pitch books, information memorandums, presentations, etc.)
Creation of comprehensive integrated financial models with the involvement of the junior team
Active participation in transaction processes (e.g. project management, due diligence)

What you should bring:

Excellent university education, preferably with a focus on finance
35 years of professional experience in the field of M&A at a leading investment bank, including at least 1 year as an associate
Leveraged finance experience is advantageous, but not a requirement
Comprehensive knowledge of M&A processes
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
Aboveaverage commitment and resilience
