    **PRESIDIO GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS LLC Senior Vice President and GENERAL**

    **MANAGER**

    The SVP and General Manager (SVP/GM) leads the newly formed Presidio Government Solutions (PGS) subsidiary of Presidio, Inc. PGS is operating under a Special Security Agreement (SSA) with the government to mitigate certain aspects of foreign ownership. This role is responsible for building and sustaining this organization and will report directly to the PGS Board of Directors. This role will lead the expansion of new Federal Government agency relationships across our national footprint while expanding our considerable installed base of satisfied federal customers. This individual will partner with the senior management team to continually identify, develop, and execute a broad range of strategic initiatives in the Federal Government channel. In addition, the GM will lay a lead role in hiring and developing sales and

    delivery leadership, establishing go-to-market strategies (territories, agency assignments, strategic account planning, etc.) establish partnering relationships with other Federal Government contractors and execute a robust capture strategy to

    ensure long term growth. The role also owns the PGS strategy and management of strategic partner relationships within the broader Presidio, Inc ecosystem. This person will also manage the finance and logistics arms of the business and be

    responsible to deliver against financial and operational targets every month, quarter, and year. Finally, the SVP/GM is responsible for leveraging parent policies, processes, and strategic agreements with vendors to the extent permitted under the Affiliated Operating Plan (AOP) of the SSA.

    **Key Tasks:**

    Hire, lead and develop the sales management and Account Managers (AMs) into a high performing sales organization

    Manage performance, growth and budget

    Establish and execute a Federal Government Sales Strategy

    Develop business plans and program objectives to support revenue commitments

    Institute best in class account planning, account management, forecasting and reporting processes within the constraints of the AOP

    Provide competitive analysis to ensure that sales strategies and tactics are responsive and effective in the rapidly changing competitive environment

    Build awareness and encourage focus on the entire suite of product solutions and its value proposition

    Facilitate, develop and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure AMs are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives; ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflicts

    Deliver financial and operational results that meet or exceed budgets and goals

    **Required keys for success:**

    10+ years progressive sales experience in the Federal Government vertical, with proven track record leading major/enterprise-level sales professionals

    7+ years experience in sales leadership and leading technology-based organizations with high-volume, face-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility and change management

    Understanding of the new NISPOM Rule and the SMO requirement of the SVP/GM

    Performance-driven, focused leadership attitude

    Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

    Strong collaborator capable of building and managing strong working relationships across organizational boundaries

    Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas in a highly competitive Federal Government sales environment

    Successful demonstration of strategic planning skills associated with sales organizations

    Proven track record in budgeting and resource management

    Strong organization development track record

    Experienced and understanding of the evolving US Government CUI & CMMC compliance requirements

    Technically adept and experienced with Networking, Data Center, Cloud, Security, Professional Services and Managed Services offers and solutions

    Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills

    Ability to organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively

    under deadlines

    Strong financial/analytical skills are needed, as is experience developing and presenting business plans

    Ability to lead large change initiatives

    Undergraduate degree (required)

    Top Secret government clearance
