    Role:
    Product Owner - Marketing Operations

    Overview:


    s the Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of operational innovation, shaping the trajectory of our marketing initiatives through meticulous planning and execution.

    Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will spearhead the optimization of RTB marketing processes, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and enhancing the efficiency of our marketing operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
    Partner with IT partners to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
    Develop and communicate a clear operational vision and strategy for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements Management and Prioritization:
    Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and requirements, prioritizing them based on business impact and urgency.
    Translate operational requirements into actionable tasks and user stories for development teams.
    Stakeholder Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including marketing leadership, business users, and technical teams.
    Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders, and solicit feedback to drive informed decision-making.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in marketing operations or related fields.
    Strong understanding of marketing operations processes, technologies, and best practices.
    Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
