    Job DescriptionGot2BeBaths is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.

    We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Rochester, New York office. A qualified applicant will have:
    • Excellent computer and communication skills
    • Management experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Be available to work evenings and weekends
    • Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
    • Must have outbound calling Experience

    Job duties include:

    • Schedule and confirm appointments

    • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls

    • Customer Service

    • Manage sales reps schedules

    • Achieve weekly and monthly quotasWhat you can expect from us:
