We specialize in providing tax preparation and planning, accounting services, consulting, and forensic accounting services.

The Position:

This position is ideal for an entrepreneur-minded leader who has significant experience working with small business owners. We hope to add someone to our team that has outstanding technical and interpersonal communication skills.

The responsibilities include:

· Manage a portfolio of tax clients, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for individuals and business owners;

· Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable IRS and State laws and regulations;

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships;

· Maintain required education requirements and proactively research tax updates to share with clients and team members;

· Supervise and mentor team members, providing opportunities for professional development;

· Work with the owner and other leaders to develop efficient and effective processes;

· Assist with forensic accounting cases and possibly develop into an expert, if desired.

The minimum qualifications include:

· Minimum of 7+ years of public accounting experience (Required)

· Active CA CPA license required

· Strong written and verbal communication ability (English)

· Significant experience in preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns

· Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high professional standards of work

· Strong project managent and organizational skills

· Loves to work in a great culture with a fantastic team

Pay: $125, $150,000.00 per year
