Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the goal- and profit-oriented management and optimization of the product range
  • You are also responsible for customer-oriented product selection and pricing
  • You maintain close contact with our suppliers and conduct purchasing negotiations
  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of customer-oriented marketing measures
  • You conduct market and competition analysis, identify trends, and lay the foundation for optimal product range design
  • You are also responsible for achieving sales and profit goals for the product range under your responsibility

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree
  • You have professional experience as a purchaser or category manager in the food retail industry or a similar position, ideally in the beverage sector
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team, negotiate effectively, and present confidently
  • You have a good command of MS Office applications
