Your responsibilities with us

You are responsible for selling our 249 rooms at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport and 334 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport
You independently handle and process incoming room requests and are responsible for sending offers and confirmations
You work closely with the Conference & Event Sales team to maximize corporate and group rates
You manage our booking websites and maintain close communication with thirdparty providers
In your role as a supervisor, you also take on additional administrative tasks such as creating schedules
You participate in daily revenue calls (in the absence or with the approval of our Reservation Manager)

What you bring to the table

You have completed training in the hotel industry or have a degree with a focus on tourism/hospitality
You have gained experience in the reservation department of a hotel
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
You have a natural sales talent and know how to convince our demanding guests of our product
You are flexible, resilient, and welcoming
You are a passionate host and enjoy interacting with our international guest clientele over the phone and in person
