Coal Creek Physical Therapy is thriving and we are looking for someone exceptional to lead our front desk support staff team and contribute to the clinic's growth and success We are excited in our search to find a positive and motivated Patient Services Representative Manager to join our practice.
At Coal Creek PT, our support staff title is "Patient Services Representative" (PSR).
PSRs at CCPT, help patients access their high-quality physical therapy care with both administrative tasks and direct patient care.
The Patient Services Manager works alongside the team performing all PSR duties and takes on the additional responsibility of training their team members to optimal competence and confidence, as well as working closely with the practice's management team to promote the ideal patient experience and the expansion of the company.
PSR Duties include:Greeting, and upholding a warm and friendly environment in our clinic.
Answering incoming phone calls
Scheduling patient Plans of Care, and rescheduling cancellations
Collecting co-pays and posting payments to patient charts and billing log
Performing daily follow-up calls to fill PT's schedules and maintaining logs and data.
All Patient Services Representatives are cross-trained and participate in helping our patients with UltraSound, Electrical Stimulation, and traction as well as doing laundry and keeping the gym organized as a PT-Aide.
PSR Manager Duties include:Evaluating your team's statistics weekly to create an action plan to reach your team's goal of creating a 93% full schedule
Training and giving feedback to your team members to achieve optimal competence and confidence
Intentionally create a warm, welcoming, professional face for the clinic and contribute to an exceptional experience for all patients
Create and manage the PSR schedule

The Job:
A full-time position
Salary is $17/hour plus a monthly production bonus of $520, equal to $3/hr.
Prior experience in a medical office or customer service is a plus but not required
