    The Buncher Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, US. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our diverse portfolio of commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the commercial real estate industry and wants to expand their knowledge. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the on-site management of all properties and building strong relationships with tenants.     Compensation:

    $75,500

    Responsibilities:
    • Based on tenant requests, prioritizes work orders and assigns maintenance and construction employees, or outside contractors as needed. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and lease obligations and standards. Closes out tasks when completed.
    • Performs routine property inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure cleanliness, security and overall appearance including parking lots and surrounding areas. Recommends repairs and/or maintenance as necessary.
    • Obtains quotes for snow removal, landscaping, and other related services as requested by the VP of Property Management. Completes purchase order process as necessary when ordering services and materials/supplies.
    • Knowledge of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Life Safety systems in commercial properties.
    • Provides 24/7 on-call support during off hours and weekends as assigned.
    • Reviews tenant Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of four to six years of related experience in commercial property management.
    • CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
    • Valid driver's license with good-standing driving record.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • US Work Authorization
