Technical System Planner (m/f/d) - Technical Building Equipment


Responsibilities

  • Creating design and execution drawings in the field of technical building equipment (sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as electronic systems in the high and low voltage range)
  • Creating project-specific diagrams and overview drawings and implementing them in modern system technology
  • Modeling 3-D piping and duct networks using Autodesk Revit
  • Conducting hydraulic calculations for drinking water and wastewater networks
  • Independent coordination of trades
  • Close collaboration with architects and civil engineers within an interdisciplinary team
  • Independent processing of planning phases in accordance with HOAI LP 3-5

Profile

  • Completed training as a Technical System Planner (m/f/d) in the field of building services engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
  • Ideally, experience in planning technical building equipment
  • Very good CAD user knowledge, knowledge of Revit MEP software is an advantage
  • Conscientious and results-oriented work style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High commitment combined with team spirit
