Purchasing, Purchaser, Operational Purchaser (m/f/d) in Kalkar, Poquott, NY - Full-time (40 hours)

We - as nordeko SAFETY - are a continuously growing company in the field of medical and occupational safety and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operational Purchaser (m/f/d) to join our team.

As an Operational Purchaser (m/f/d), you will be responsible for purchasing planning, monitoring delivery dates, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

You will support the daily operational business, conduct procurement inquiries, negotiate prices and conditions, and ensure communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Your tasks include:

Independent processing of purchasing, procurement inquiries, price and condition negotiations
Support in daily operational business
Care of suppliers and technical advice to our existing customers
Ensuring communication with suppliers, customers, and close collaboration with internal departments
Conducting price calculations
Preparation of analyses and reports
Development of tenders
Complaint management

We are looking for someone with:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in purchasing or sales preferably with experience in the abovementioned industries
Fluent in German and English
Very good MS Office skills
High level of sales and customer orientation
Entrepreneurial personality with a sense for numbers, negotiation skills, and flexibility
