  • To support our locations in Gießen and Marburg, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible
    Employee (m/f/d) for Reception and Front Desk to start as soon as possible.
  • Parttime at the Marburg and Gießen locations.

We need your strengths for this role:

  • Working across departments and being the central point of contact for clients and employees
  • Welcoming and assisting our clients, guests, and visitors
  • Managing the telephone switchboard and information service
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • General administrative tasks
  • Monitoring the personal emergency call system and fire alarm system
  • Supporting digitalization processes
  • Collaboration with the company's development department
