    Description

    RAMOS is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are ready to bring on board someone who is passionate and purpose-driven. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our existing base of 2,000 business clients, build new relationships, and lead a small team.

    As part of our team, you will:

    • Service our current client portfolio
    • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Train and mentor new team members on our systems
    • Provide daily reports using our Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building connections
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
    • Clean background and reliable transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
