Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


Our client, a successful entrepreneur deeply engaged in philanthropy and media ventures, is in need of a full-time Executive Assistant with exceptional scheduling abilities and adaptability.

This role, based out of Pacific Palisades, CA, requires efficient management of the principal's calendar and the flexibility to handle various tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Meticulously manage the principal's complex calendar, ensuring all appointments and commitments are coordinated seamlessly.
  • Coordinate and organize business travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Attend meetings alongside the principal, taking comprehensive notes and following up on action items.
  • Oversee home management tasks and liaise with household staff as needed.
  • Handle errands and miscellaneous tasks to support the principal and their family.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating strong scheduling skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar and other relevant scheduling software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of and ability to maintain professional boundaries.
  • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted or on the way to be boosted.
  • Willingness to work inoffice daily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Must be able to pass a writing assessment and background check.

Pay:
$75, $120,000.00 per year
