Key Responsibilities:
Continually learn new skills and set personal goalsEnsuring the team's performance accordance to Paul Davis and industry specificationsAssessing damaged properties to prevent further damage and stabilize, as neededRemoving damaged materials, such as wallboards trim, and carpetsHandling any issues caused by fire and smoke damageEnsure you are are always ready to handle the day through a team huddleMeet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinionRe-inspect job sites for quality control, as instructed by managementBe the point of contact for customers, while on-site, if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely mannerMaintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized service vehicles along with all company equipmentBe accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call scheduleAdhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipmentAssist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departmentsQualifications:Love working with your handsThrive in high pressure situationsEnjoy solving problems and driven by your resultsDesire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitudeDedication to customer serviceEnjoy working as a team to complete the desired tasksValid driver's license with a clean recordDriven self starter
