In the DACH region, the company currently operates approximately 100 veterinary clinics in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The role of Procurement Manager DACH will oversee a small team and report directly to the Group Procurement Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement activities in the DACH region, in line with agreed strategies and business plans. This will involve further professionalizing the procurement process in a rapidly growing organization that has recently undergone mergers and acquisitions, and taking procurement to the next level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing procurement strategies in collaboration with the Group.
  • Leading supplier partnership projects.
  • Managing procurement for both direct and indirect spend areas.
  • Ensuring implementation of procurement strategies in the DACH region.
  • Contributing to the development of team members through active performance management.
  • Ensuring clear objectives and necessary support and tools are provided for the procurement team in DACH.
  • Meeting DACH procurement targets within the 3-year plan, in close collaboration with group procurement and the DACH leadership team.
