Support our business areas with all administrative HR processes such as contract management, employee support, and payroll. In addition, work with our HR team to ensure smooth operations. This position is for a 1-year contract.**Your responsibilities
- As a Payroll Support employee (m/f/d), you will have completed training as an office management clerk, payroll accountant, industrial clerk, or a similar commercial education.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- Your excellent organizational skills and high service and customer orientation complete your qualifications.

- As a Payroll Support employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining and verifying employee data using SAP software (HR module and SAP SF Employee Central).
- You will support your team with pre and postprocessing tasks for general payroll.
- You will handle administrative tasks (e.g. monitoring of reminders, deadlines) and create reports and evaluations.
- In addition, you will participate in process design and documentation.
- Your tasks will also include supporting the internal control system (ICS) and corresponding with employees and other departments.
