- Follows clinical protocols, plans and orders correctly
- Maintains effective scene management/leadership; follows ICS
- Follows operational flow and procedures efficiently and effectively to maximize utilization.
- Demonstrates effective and positive teamwork and initiative during EMS operations, within the department and the EMS community
- Works collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel.
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Nationally Certified & Registered Paramedic License Required
- ACLS, BCLS, and PALS Certified Preferred
- 1-3 years of Experience Preferred
