    Description

    John English - State Farm Agency located in Lake Mary, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time, Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. Must have prior State Farm experience and either a 2-20 or 4-40 license.

    We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

    Requirements
    • Must have at least 1 year of previous State Farm experience.
    • Insurance Sales Experience preferred.
    • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
    • Must have one of the following licenses: Property & Casualty license (2-20 or 4-40)
    • Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
