    **Business Developer/Sales Rep. - Roofing**

    Tecta America Southeast, LLC - Central Florida is looking for a top-notch, experienced Business Developer/Sales Representative. The BD/Sales Rep. is responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships within a designated territory to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives. To have or acquire the ability to qualify and identify target markets and strategic accounts with the intent to streamline the bidding process and create more consultative opportunities for our sales and management teams. Identify and create synergy between Service Sales, Production Sales and National Sales opportunities. Responsible for providing a senior sales management level review of existing accounts, and the success of implemented target campaigns, including local, regional and national accounts as they affect the Company.

    **Requirements:**

    3 5 years business development experience in roofing, construction or a related field

    Demonstrated success in sales, a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to achieve results

    Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations.

    Strong analytical capabilities in P&L review, cost of sales indicators, KPI reviews and understand the roofing/construction process as it applies to "cost to complete"

    Must have valid drivers license and ability to travel outside of the office area

    Assist with branding and media communication activities

    Must work well under pressure, maintain a professional attitude with clients and customers

    Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone

    Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust

    Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
