- Ensure high-quality lead qualification of incoming leads and smoothly transition SQLs to the relevant team members.
- Qualify, nurture, manage, and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) utilizing a systematic approach developed in collaboration with sales and marketing leaders.
- Refine the qualification process for both MQLs and outbound outreach leads from IQLs.
- Attain comprehensive knowledge of all Milestone products and services.
- Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales process by scheduling appointments with the sales team.
- Identify key decision makers within potential prospects.
- Proactively engage and collaborate with the sales team to expand the sales pipeline.
- Record all pertinent information in Salesforce with meticulous attention to detail.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR), Leads will play a crucial role in proactive outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and converting marketing leads into sales-qualified leads to help create a solid sales pipeline.
At Milestone, we consider the SDR, Leads role to be fundamental in our sales structure. This position acts as the liaison between marketing and sales, responsible for qualifying, nurturing, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to support our rapidly expanding business.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $52,000 to $79,995, with most candidates falling within the $65,000 to $72,000 range. Compensation is based on various factors related to the position's level, location, responsibilities, and duties and is just one component of Milestone's comprehensive compensation package. Additionally, we offer an appealing benefits package encompassing medical/dental coverage, FSA or HSA options, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer contribution, paid parental leave, ample PTO (including 20 days of vacation, 10 paid sick days, and 12 company holidays), fully covered Short-Term Disability policy, fully covered Long-Term Disability policy, and Life Insurance.
