    Basic Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must be able to work at least 32 hours a week, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with possible Saturdays and later days/hours
    • Must show strong attention to detail
    • Experience with manual and/or automatic t-shirt presses preferred
    • Must be able to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
    • Work in a Warehouse environment with heated machines. Work does have a bay door open, so include Florida weather conditions of high heat/humidity, wet weather conditions
    • Perform kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to-waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead
    • Simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (tools/keyboard/writing)
    • Perform all cleaning duties with use of cleaning chemicals
    • Engage in extensive walking and/or standing
    • May sit/stand for several hours at a time
    • Frequent change and/or interruptions
    • Repetitive movements

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Operate automatic or manual screen printer
    • Tape screens so ink only goes through design
    • Align the screens to the press pallets
    • Line up registration marks
    • Learn angles of squeegees for ink
    • Put ink on the screens
    • Load shirts on the pallet
    • Retrieve screens
    • Gather the garments needed for each job
    • Set up jobs/colors
    • Break down the screens by removing and taking to get cleaned
    • Make sure all the coloration is correct when printed on the garments
    • Complete a test print for each order to measure and get manager approval
    • During a run ensure that garments are straight and even on pallet
    • Identify and troubleshoot as needed on the machine
    • Other tasks and duties as assigned
