- Providing regular, frequent safety and compliance checks
- Ensuring that maintenance logs are up to date and assisting the SVP with documentation and taking corrective action as necessary
- Maintaining training records
- Completing and filing export/import documentation ensuring compliance to U.S. and foreign laws as well as compliance to e-Stewards' and Liquid Technology's standards and procedures
- Identify, correct, and document minor nonconformities as necessary
- Review risk assessments as necessary
- Review and make recommendations for improvement
- Sincere interest and/or knowledge in QEHS
- Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic with a very high attention to detail
- Dedication and a genuine desire to help improve the workplace
- Some travel will be required
- Steel toed boots must be worn at all times while in the warehouse
- Any knowledge of e-Stewards and related requirements would be a huge plus
- Knowledge and/or interest in computer hardware is a plus
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
