    Compensation:

    $85,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive lead generation
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that effectively promote company services and listings
    • Manage social media platforms to engage with the target audience and enhance brand visibility
    • Track and report key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Must have
    • Strong background in real estate marketing - Nice to have
    • Proven experience as a marketing coordinator in the real estate industry - Nice to have
    • Must have US work authorization
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must
