    Key Responsibilities:
    Operation of CNC machinesManual machine operationsDaily use of math skills (decimal, fraction and conversion)

    Ability to follow written work instructionsLoad stock into machines and associated fixturingDeburr as necessaryChange tools and perform tool offsets as neededPerform machine maintenance for daily use (i.e. tool life management, coolant, oils and fluid level and accuracy)Must work independently and/or in a team environmentMust meet Valor attendance requirementsMust be dependable and punctualMust meet expected throughput of production goalsAbility to perform 6-part variationsMaintain 99% throughputMaintain 4 or fewer reject tags per yearAdditional Responsibilities:
    Ability to inspect and measure components using micrometers, calipers, part specific gauges, pin gauges, height cages, optical comparator, surface finish standards and other standard measuring equipmentModerate frequency of heavy lifting (maximum weight 50lbs)

    Moderate frequency of gripping/reachingManual dexterity is moderately necessaryAbility to manage multiple ongoing tasks In-process inspectionTrain / qualify on Level I gauges plus optical comparator and templatesProvide Level I quality mentoringBenefits:

    Minimum QualificationsU.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card HolderMust pass background check and appropriate drug testingEnglish ProficiencyMust be 18 years of ageHigh school diploma/GED Previous machining or CNC experienceExperience/knowledge of calipers and/or micrometers4-year CNC experience OR combination of technical trade program completion with emphasis in machining and experience

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Associates Degree in Math6 years CNC experience Salary Description $ $26.55/hour
