- Plan and develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Define project requirements, identifying necessary resources, and establishing project timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement effective project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Ensure the implementation of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to conveyance projects.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Ten (10) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater or conveyance projects
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing conveyance projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of conveyance systems, equipment, and regulations.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota
- Must reside in St. Paul, Minneapolis or Duluth, Minnesota, or surrounding areas
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
