Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all sales activities and sales management in the departments of Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Foyer, Small Furniture, Office, Bathroom, and Kitchen
  • Determination of all necessary measures to achieve the set sales and contribution margin targets in your departments
  • Optimal product presentation implementation of merchandising guidelines and all advertising activities
  • Leadership, training, and development of employees and organization of all processes in your area of responsibility
Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail/sales and ideally first leadership experience in a team
  • Basic knowledge of business administration and an exceptionally high customer orientation
  • A successoriented, implementationstrong personality with high selfmotivation and practical orientation
  • High communication skills and the ability to motivate employees to achieve top performance
