Job Description

Independent execution of all personnel administrative tasks within the scope of personnel management
Internal contact person for employees
Processing of labor law issues
Preparation of hiring documents and creation of contracts and contract documents
Processing of entries and exits
Creation of employment references
Preparation of payroll accounting, close cooperation with the payroll tax office
Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, authorities and offices
Maintenance of master data, personnel files and control of time recording

Qualifications

Completed commercial apprenticeship, further training as a personnel specialist is desirable
Very good knowledge of German language in spoken and written form
Good MS Office skills
Knowledge of labor law is desirable, but not a requirement
Very good communication skills, reliability and confident demeanor
Teamwork, sense of responsibility and independent work
