Traveling to FAA Facilities

Job Description:
Asbestos bulk samples must be collected in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) Method for the Determination of Asbestos in Bulk Building Materials (EPA 600-R An AHERA accredited asbestos inspector must collect the samples.
Conduct asbestos surveys.
Perform site visits and create trip reports.
Review and critique documents. Compare to Federal, state, and local regulations, including consensus standards where applicable.
Arrange and attend meetings and telecons with stakeholders. Prepare agendas, documents, and other items to support these functions.
Requirements:
A bachelor of science degree (4-years) from an accredited college/university
5 years of industrial hygiene experience, which includes a minimum of 2 years of asbestos experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
FAA experience is strongly preferred
